Product Features:
Double-sided butyl sealing waterproof tape, also known as double-sided overlap tape, is primarily made from butyl rubber with a fabric core and manufactured using a special coating process. This product is widely used for overlapping seams of waterproof membranes, internal sealing of insulating glass units, construction joint sealing, and waterproof bonding of electronic and electrical components.
The double-sided butyl sealing waterproof tape exhibits excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and waterproof performance. It seals, dampens vibrations, and protects the surface of adhered objects effectively. The product is completely solvent-free, hence it does not shrink or emit toxic gases. Due to its non-curing nature throughout its lifetime, it can adapt well to thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical deformations of the adhered surface, making it an advanced waterproof sealing material.
Product Use:
Reinforced adhesive: With a fabric core, it exhibits high bonding strength and tensile strength, as well as good elasticity and elongation properties.
Good flexibility: It adapts well to interface changes and cracking, showingstrong conformity to the deformation of objects. Excellent weather resistance: It has outstanding chemical resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance, remaining crack-free over long-term use. It is aesthetically pleasing and non-polluting.
High and low temperature resistance: The adhesive remains non-brittle at-40°C and does not flow at 100°C.
Green and environmentally friendly: Non-toxic and odorless, free from asphalt, and compliant with national environmental standards.
Easy installation: One-step application, no training required, easy to use directly.
